Police say they have arrested several men on suspicion of explosives offences and army bomb-disposal experts are examining several vehicles.

Police have evacuated homes near an airbase in the United Kingdom used by the United States military and arrested several men on suspicion of explosives offences.
“The Army’s specialist explosive ordnance disposal team are currently examining a number of vehicles,” Gloucestershire Police said on Sunday.
Residents from a number of properties in Whelford, southwestern England, were being taken to a nearby leisure centre, police said, adding that several men had been arrested “on suspicion of offences under the Explosives Act”.
The town is located near RAF Fairford, an air base that US forces have used for strikes during the US-Israeli war on Iran.
