Robert Stephen James Elphick: Albany man fined for supplying alcohol to underage girls in exchange for sex

An Albany man has been fined more than $2000 for supplying underage girls with alcohol, with the court revealing during his sentencing that he was buying the young girls drinks in exchange for sexual favours.
