West Coast have swung the axe with former first-round pick Bo Allan among three players dropped for the club’s clash with Richmond at Optus Stadium on Saturday.
Allan, key defender Sandy Brock and tall forward Jack Williams have been omitted following the triple-figure belting by St Kilda on Sunday, replaced by premiership defender Tom Cole, forward Matt Owies and off-season recruit Harry Schoenberg.
The Tigers have also made three changes with former No.1 pick Sam Lalor sidelined by a partial Achilles tear at training on Thursday.
Midfielder Hugo Ralphsmith is also out injured, while ruckman Samson Ryan has been dropped.
After being listed as a test in this week’s injury report, star midfielder Tim Taranto failed to prove his fitness and was not named to face the Eagles.
